Day 136
May 25, 2009.
Back home in B-town. The first photo shows my taekwon-do coach, pointing at me, threateningly, and a former competition team teammate. The next is an awesome Mexican figurine set in Boca Grande, of two Red Sox players yelling at each other. Then comes the short-cut I take home from the T-stop, and finally a picture of the stick / trellis set-up my mom created for her impromptu roof-top garden, with my shadow as a matter of course.
I go 'home' tomorrow to my other B-town, and as always feel that pain in my chest. Leaving will always be difficult. We're going to run to the beach tomorrow (despite the 60 degree weather) for a short jaunt before we hit the airport. Onward, ho!

Yesterday I wrote a final, today I saw a friend. In between I sat and slept (fitully) on an airplane for six hours.

March 25, 2009.My camera battery has unfortunately died, but not before I took a plethora of pictures around Boston. Until I get back to Berkeley, all shots will have been taken on the same day.

Playing-- My Hometown
Top to bottom:
1. The place I've wanted to live since I was 9-- an outdoor room, as seen from my roof.
2. My mom grows a potted plant on each step leading up to the roof. I estimate ~40 so far.
3. Looking up from the stairs towards the roof's 'foyer.'
4. Walking to the Brookline Public Library (from the parking lot... It's cold!)
